WATER BOARD
Special Meeting
December 7,1998
1) The meeting was called to order at 6:30 PM, by acting Chairman Krueger.
Members Present: Acting Chair Krueger, Wier
Also Present: Engineer Mann
2) Received bids for emergency power generator. Motion to accept bid and award contract to Electrical
Installation & Maintenance Company, by Krueger. Seconded by Wier. Motion carried. Low bid
was by this company in the amount of$69,650.00.
3) Motion to permit council to execute contract on behalf of Water Board for this issue. Motion by
Krueger, seconded by Wier. Motion carried.
4) Meeting adjourned.
