MINUTES
WATER BOARD
SPECIAL MEETING
July 6, 1999
9:30 AM
1. The meeting was called to order by Chair Shirley.
Members Present: Wier
Also Present: Engineer Mann
2. A motion was made by Shirley to accept the bid in the amount of $587,400. The Water Board will be
responsible for $501,400. This amount is to be used to pay for the pump house and other items to be
installed in the well house at well #5 according to the bid specifications. The City of Farmington will
be responsible for the balance. Motion seconded by Wier. Motion carried.
3. Meeting adjourned.
