WATER BOARD REGULAR MEETING
Monday, December 22, 2003
7:00 PM
The meeting was called to order at 7:00pm.
Members Present: Krueger, Jensen
Member Absent: Shirley
Staff Present: City Engineer, Lee Mann
Others Present: none
2. Agenda was approved as presented.

3. Motion by Jensen to approve the minutes of the November 24, 2003 meeting seconded by
Krueger. APIF, motion carried.
4. Water Use Restrictions - Citation Appeals:
a) Kelli Smith, 18705 Enhance Court: Reviewed, no action taken.
S. Continued Discussion Items
a) Water Policy Promotion - signs: Draft of sign was presented and approved. The Council
must approve putting the signs in the right-of-way.

New Business
a) none
7. Approve Bills - Motion by Krueger, to approve bills and authorize payments totaling
$37,061.40. Seconded by Jensen. APIF, motion carried.
8. Financial Report
9. Open Forum.
a) Need to talk to Public Works Supervisor about Adelmann water problem (at Towns Edge
Shopping Mall). Should we be billing Adelmann? Non-metered water needs to be blocked off.
10. Meeting adjourned at 7:45 PM. Next meeting on Monday, January 26,2004 at 7:00 PM.
