The meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM Members Present: Shirley, Jensen, Krueger Staff Present: City Engineer Mann, Finance Director Roland, Public Works Supervisor Weierke 2. Agenda was approved with the addition of water main issues. 3. Motion by Shirley to approve the minutes of the April 26 as corrected, seconded by Krueger. APIF, motion carried. 4. Water Use Restrictions - Citation Appeals a) Steve Lehmeyer, 18167 Eventide Way: Not in audience. Citation tabled until June. S. Continued Discussion Items a) T -Mobile Antenna Lease Issues: . Page 8 - Se last sentence needs to be deleted, not consistent with security procedures . Page 9 - 6d - not needed since equipment would be in tower . Address future painting of tower, keep antennas painted nicely (allow temporary antenna during City painting operation?) . Coaxial cables inside, will they interfere with condensation device? . Space underneath platform is still the City's, make that clear . Look at termination clause. It appears to be one-sided in favor ofT-mobile. . T -mobile should submit escrow before review begins. . T -mobile needs to obtain a CUP from Planning Commission . T -mobile is interested in an option period to build their site, one month rent for six month option period. Motion by Krueger to establish escrow for engineering fees before review begins, second by Shirley. APIF, motion carried. 6. New Business a) Well Site Maintenance - (Darren Pettis, Seth Peterson) . Look at other well sites to see if there are issues. 7. Krueger moved to approve bills in the amount of $34,777.20, second by Shirley. APIF, motion carried. 8. Open Forum 9.
