The meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM Members Present: Shirley, Jensen, Krueger Staff Present: City Engineer Mann, Public Works Supervisor Weierke Agenda was approved. 2. 3. Motion by Shirley to approve the May minutes, seconded by Jensen. APIF, motion carried. 4. Water Use Restrictions - Citation Appeals a) LeAnn Linden, 20020 English Avenue: Not waived, however, subsequent offense will not be counted as second offense because of sprinkler company screw up. Motion by Shirley, second by Jensen. APIF, motion carried. She paid her fine. b) Steve Lehmeyer, 18167 Eventide Way: Waived due to non-authorization for enforcement. c) Kevin Lipinski, 5195 194th Street West: Not present. Correspondence reviewed, citation stands as issued. . d) Ryan Sullivan, 18882 Dupont Way: Not present. Correspondence reviewed, citation stands as issued. S. Continued Discussion Items a) East Farmington fountain: Motion by Krueger to pay for the meter installation if the homeowners association agrees to pay for the water use. Second by Jensen. APIF, motion carried. b) Wellhead Protection Plan Update: Information received. c) T-Mobile Update: Project is on hold at the request ofT-Mobile. d) 208th Street Hydrants: Motion by Krueger, second by Jensen to pour concrete based on quotes received. APIF, motion carried. 6. Shirley moved to approve bills in the amount of $29,411.49, second by Jensen. APIF, motion carried. 7. Open Forum a) Look into needs for wells or a tower. What does the city need first? . b) Who pays for electricity that Dew Days uses out of Well House #1? c) Mowing of well sites. Who is mowing? We should get new quotes for next year.
