The penalty for violating the Water Use Restrictions Policy is $25 for the fIrst offense in a calendar year and $50 for each subsequent offense in the Same calendar year. You have ten (10) business days from the issuance of this notice to remit the penalty set forth below. If you wish to contest this citation, you must '. request, in writing, an ~inistrative hearing before the Farmington Water Board Within ten (10) business days. Your penalty for this violation of the Water Use Restrictions Policy is: X $25 - First offense in calendar year $50 - Second and subsequent offenses in calendar year Failure to pay the penalty imposed or request an administrative hearing within ten (10) business days will result in the penalty amount being applied to your City utility bill. .
