MINUTES
WATER BOARD REGULAR MEETING
Tuesday, May 28, 2002
7 :00 PM
1.
Member Shirley called the meeting to order.
Members Present: Jensen, Krueger, Shirley
Member Absent:
Staff Present: City Engineer Mann
2. Agenda was approved as presented.
3. Approval of the minutes of the March 25th and April 22nd meetings. Motion by Jensen to
approve the March 25th minutes, seconded by Krueger. Voting in favor, Jensen &
Krueger. Abstaining, Shirley. Motion carried. Motion by Shirley to approve, with noted
corrections, the minutes of April 22od. Second by Jensen. Voting in favor, Shirley and
Jensen. Abstaining, Krueger. Motion carried.
4. Continued Discussion Items
a) Pump Houses 6 & 7 Facilities. Motion by Jensen, second by Krueger to decline the
installation of emergency pump and control panel on wells 6 & 7. APIF, motion carried.
b) Wells 6 & 7 Update. Delay anticipated for completion date of both wells. No action
necessary.
c) Daisy Knoll Tower. Engineer Mann reviewed with Krueger the repainting of Daisy Knoll
Tower. Krueger was absent during presentation in April.
5.
New Business
a) Well site on 190th and Pilot Knob Road has had some landscaping added.
6. Approve Bills - Motion by Krueger, second by Jensen to approve bills in the amount of
$33,567.65. APIF, motion carried.
7. The financial report was accepted as presented.
8. Open Forum
a) none
9. Meeting adjourned at 8:15 PM.
