I am writing this letter on behalf of the Sherbourne Deckhomes Association in regards to the outcome of the Water Board Meeting on June 24, 2002. You had stated that if we would supply a plan for the sprinkler system including days running & time periods we could get a variance other than the current odd/even schedule. We are planning on running the sprinkler system for Sherbourne Association on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturdays. We are planning on starting the water at 4:00 A.M., and running each zone for 30 - 40 minutes each. The latest the sprinklers would run in the day would be 11 :00 A.M. So we would not be in violation of the no watering from noon to 6:00 P.M. We chose these days due to not watering every day & not watering on garbage & mow days. I have included a copy of the sprinkler system layout for your records. In future years we may need to change the days it runs due to mowing and/or garbage schedules, but we will inform you in writing before anything is done. Thank you for your cooperation!
