MINUTES
WATER BOARD REGULAR MEETING
Monday, October 28, 2002
6:00 PM
1. Member Shirley called the meeting to order.
Members Present: Krueger, Jensen, Shirley
Members Absent: none
Staff Present: City Engineer Mann
Visitors Present: Andrew Gwilt, Nathan Gwilt
2. Agenda was approved as presented.
3. Motion by Shirley to approve the minutes of the September 24th regular meeting. Seconded by
Krueger. APIF, motion carried.
a) Water Use Restrictions - Citation Appeals: none
4. Continued Discussion Items
a) Pumphouse #6 & #7 Update. Information only - no action needed.
b) Wellhead Protection Plan Update. Verbal inquiry from State about Wells#6 & #7 being
included in report. To be included, plan on schedule. No action necessary.
5. New Business
a) none
6. Approve Bills - Motion by Krueger, to approve bills and authorize payments totaling
$25,111.64. Seconded by Jensen. APIF, motion carried.
7. Financial Report - Financial report ending September 30, 2002 was presented and accepted.
8. Open Forum
a) Engineer Mann explained to Boy Scout Gwilt about the operations of the Water Board.
9. Meeting adjourned at 7:30 PM. Next meeting on Monday, November 25th at 7:00 PM.
