REGULAR WATER BOARD MEETING
Monday, May 24, 2010

1) Call to Order: The meeting was called to order at 7:00pm by Chair Krueger.
2) Approve Agenda: The agenda was approved as presented.
3) Approve Minutes - April 26. 2010: Motion by Krueger, second by Maguire to
approve the April 26, 2010 minutes. APIF, motion passed.
4) Water Use Restriction Citation Appeals - None
5) Continued Business
a) Well Maintenance Updates (Wells #1 & #6) - Engineer Schorzman stated that
the maintenance on both wells is progressing nicely.
b) Daisy Knoll Water Tower Repair- Engineer Schorzman indicated that the
repairs have been made and once the test passes, it can go on line. Also noted,
the meter for Well #4 went out and the bearing for the motor at Well #8 are going
out. Staff is researching the warranty for the motor.
6) New Business - None
7) Approve Bills - Chair Krueger asked about the bills for Garvey Construction and
Jirik Sod Farm. Engineer Schorzman will check into and respond back to the board.
Motion by Krueger, second by Jensen to approve the bills in the amount of
$49,070.31. APIF, motion passed.
8) Open Forum
a) There were no items for Open Forum.
9) Adjourn: Motion by Krueger, second by Maguire to adjourn at 7:18pm. APIF,
motion passed.
